All the animals produced conform to the Quality Charter « Charte Qualité Aquaculture de France », under the control of an independent certifying body, « Veritas France ». 

The entire production chain follows a strict quality protocol:

WATER

• Management of surface and (sterile) bore-hole water resources
• Recycling of rearing water, and effluent treatment (closed circuit)
• Sterilization (UV)
• Filtration (mechanical, biological, diatomaceous)

FEED

• In-house production of live prey (artemia and rotifers)
• Sanitary control of external feed
• Automated distribution of feed

SANITARY

• Respect of sanitary norms
• Independent closed circuits adapted for each unit
• Systematic disinfection of the circuits
• Permanent internal and external checks of the water quality

MORPHOLOGY

• Individual checks for visible external malformation
• Checks for skeletal malformation via radiography

VETERINARY CONTROL

• Absence of pathology on the site (approved zone)
• Permanent veterinary follow-up (SAVU)
• Health checks by independent  laboratory
  and veterinary specialist.

TRACEABILITY

• Computer-aided management of all production
• “Novafish” specialist software to ensure the strict traceability
    of each batch

GENETIC

• Improvement of growth performance and conservation of
  morphological characteristics via genetic selection. 
• “SYSAAF” selection programme.

ENVIRONMENT

• Decrease in quantity, and improvement in quality of the rejects
  (closed circuit)
• Decrease in energy requirements (closed circuit)
• Treatment of production rejects
